Meadowlark Yoga

Our mission is to provide people with a safe environment to practice healing forms of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga in classes taught by experienced, highly accomplished teachers.
At Meadowlark, we first address the physical body through basic asana classes. Progress is made toward incorporating principles of yoga philosophy as an integral part of the healing process.
For people who want to incorporate yoga into their daily lifestyle, we offer the opportunity to go from beginner to proficient practitioner in the Mysore style program.
In support of this mission, our lead teachers each have over 15 years of teaching experience and offer Continuing Education and Training to support the wider Yoga community.
