Luke Bremner Fitness

My team and I are dedicated to transforming the lives and bodies of the busy professionals and business owners of Edinburgh (just like you) with our premier personal training and coaching programmes.
We fully appreciate it takes years of determination, persistence and a lot of hard work to get to where you have in your career or business. We also understand how difficult is to achieve a work/life balance in today’s chaotic and fast-paced society.
Between us, we’ve accumulated 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and helped hundreds (and counting) of people just like you to transform their body and dramatically improve their quality of life.
Unlike many other personal training businesses, here at Luke Bremner Fitness – personal trainer Edinburgh, we have moved away from the traditional models of personal training that are focussed almost predominantly on exercise alone, which unfortunately is very rarely enough to deliver true transformations to your health, fitness and body shape.
Instead, our approach is focussed around a more comprehensive but simple and effective 4-step coaching process centred around delivering powerful life changing and body transforming results.
