Grassmarket Cafe

Launched in the summer of 2013, Grassmarket Café is a hidden gem of Edinburgh and a social enterprise, supporting the ongoing work of Grassmarket Community Project.
Grassmarket Café has built its reputation on using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients in the heart of the Old Town community, just down from Greyfriar’s Bobby.
We make all our food and drinks with love, care and attention, sourcing triple certified coffee from Brodies in Musselburgh. All food is freshly prepared onsite by a dedicated kitchen and café team, made up of well-seasoned professionals and members from Grassmarket Community Project.
Excellent service, value for money and good, hearty and rustic food in a bright and friendly space should be expected when you visit.
